Reframing Weight Loss

A functional, integrative and holistic approach to releasing fat.

Its nearly summer-time, and we want to feel like our best self. This Spring we are re-connecting to our bodies with an eight week program exploring what it means to lose weight, and why our bodies may be holding on to fat. This course will include meal planning and weekly lessons around stress, sleep, movement, exercise, toxicity and supplements.

This is your chance to pivot your health approach from a “calorie” mentality to something that teaches you about how to take care of yourself holistically.
