We have created a space to come and learn small ways to keep your needs in focus and to keep your self-care a priority. To help you nourish yourself in subtle ways without deprivation, shame, or guilt. This space is there for you to use as a touch stone, to connect with like minded people, to hold close the joy of the season, and to thrive.
From November 1st through the New Year, we will be guiding and helping you thrive through the holidays!
During these 8 weeks together we will:
meet for weekly grounding calls: a nourishing space to speak freely (unrecorded)
meet every other week for live webinars and a “cook-with us” class (recorded)
provide you with tons of simple seasonal recipes and "how-to" guides
guide you through weekly "intention and reflection" practices you will want to continue well into the New Year
